Pros

Friendly people come in and they're pleasant and friendly. Management cares about the employs greatly. Friendly coworkers. Higher up in the business than typical fast food restaurants.

Cons

Hard to manage job with school. Friday nights are stressful and harder to handle. People want their food faster than we can make it, since its freshly made... unlike McDonalds!

Pros

The managers honestly don't care what you do and the hours are pretty flexible. Easy job overall, and you can take home custard at the end of the night.

Cons

The crew is extremely dramatic and few people do their job. The place is basically falling apart, sometimes when we get heavy snow it filters through the roof and snows inside so that's cool.

Working here was typical food service - start out cleaning tables, work your way up to the register, nothing too outrageous to state as far as pros go.

Cons

I got fired because I rung up an order in a way that saved a customer 30 cents. My schedule was provided for only the week ahead, which frustrated me to no end. How can I plan for my week ahead when I don't know my work schedule for the upcoming week until Sunday night?
