Lots of hours, good food for half the price, Learn the basics of good customer service, an eye opener to the real world.

Cons

Management cares to much about them selfs, so much drama it was like being in a highschool. Our franchise owner was this snoby rich white lady who was down right a bicth. I was overworked for a year and a half and was payed minimum wage (7.25 at the time in my state) I worked 35 hours a week on top of school highschool. I was eventually fired because of a schedule mix up and was let go by a manager who was not quilfied and did not inform of her actions to the actual management. It was a joke.
