      Pros

      I worked at the Culver's on Sunset and the Culver's on 164 in Waukesha. Each Culver's varies in work experience as they are franchisees. This review only relates to these 2 Culver's locations. Great pay for a starter job, way better than McDonalds, etc. The also offer a decent amount of scholarship opportunities. I got two college scholarships from there. Also a great job for High School/Home-schooled kids since they allow you to move your schedule around. The owner, Gary, is an awesome guy whose really understanding and friendly.

      Cons

      Management is usually just 20-somethings that either failed out of college and are pissed off about it or never went to college and become obsessed with their position. You just have to avoid them and go straight to the owner.

      Pros

      There are so many people there that you become like a family. Sometimes the management isn't always the best, but it varies person to person. There are some people that truly care about their employees. The pay is pretty decent if they like you. It's not that hard of a job, even if it is stressful at times.

      Cons

      General managers always seem to be lacking in some important areas. The other managers have to make up for it, which isn't fair. They also don't give raises in quantities or as often as they should. Sometimes shifts are understaffed and it's very stressful. We can get pretty busy.
