Pros
There are so many people there that you become like a family. Sometimes the management isn't always the best, but it varies person to person. There are some people that truly care about their employees. The pay is pretty decent if they like you. It's not that hard of a job, even if it is stressful at times.
Cons
General managers always seem to be lacking in some important areas. The other managers have to make up for it, which isn't fair. They also don't give raises in quantities or as often as they should. Sometimes shifts are understaffed and it's very stressful. We can get pretty busy.
