Pros

Culver's offers a very friendly working environment with a strong team-building incentive and a chance to become more interactive with other people. Working at Culver's helps build one's concentration and attention to details.

Cons

Being a restaurant, one will ultimately have to handle things one would rather not. Risks of garbage and spoiled food have to be dealt with on an almost daily basis.

Solid Job

Pros

They only hire the best, so you have excellent coworkers. Good discounts on food. Overtime is available if you want it. Lots of different jobs to do, so it doesn't become monotonous.

Cons

Long hours on your feet with little down time, being required to run when delivering orders to the drive through. This job will take over your life if you let it.

Pros

Great job to start out with as a high school student. They supply you with skills that can set up the foundation to have great customer service skills. Which almost every job needs.

Cons

Worked there for two years and was never once given a review or a raise. Only offered me a raise when I submitted my two weeks notice.
