Great place to work. I'm lucky to work with a lot of great people. You get to work in a team environment that, in my experience, has been great.

Cons

There are times when the job can be high stress. During busy hours there can be a lot of multitasking that can get pretty hectic.

Jared really cares for the employees. Some of the coworkers are cool and care about their jobs. A lot of cross training.

Cons

Steve is not the best owner. He doesnt work. Just plays with his phone and orders people around. Scheduling is random and does not respect availability. All of the managers disagree on the littlest things.Do not get a raise even if you learn more than one job [I've learned all the positions f.o.h. yet still at min. Wage]
