The family feeling between all the employees and the great customer survive we provide.

With all fast food places we get bullied by our customers sometimes and sometimes the shifts are killers.

50% discount on food when you worked, and 25% on days you don't work, and family always gets 25% as well as spouses/boyfriends/girlfriends.

Cons

We are short every single shift, someone always doesn't want to come in, managment does not hire people with good worth ethic, theres always drama between co workers, buisness is slow almost every single day of the year especially winter... You could expect 5 hours at the least per week, managment is very childish and abuses their "so called power" with write ups over unneccesary bs just because they want to. The workers in general are just lazy people, laziest i have ever seen in my entire life. Honestly nothing is great about working for this company besides the discount on food, managment is absolutley nuts and so is the owner!
