      Pros

      Friendly coworkers to talk to during my entire break, and the managers were incredibly kind and understanding.

      Cons

      No where to go, the pay is minimum wage and unless you want to be there for many years you will not make more than 9 dollars an hour for your time and commitment.

      Culver's has been my main job for five years now because it's always been a fun work environment.

      Pros

      The employees are for the most part very fun to work with, which is the reason I look forward to work. We also have great regular customers who come in frequently.

      Cons

      A lot of management changes recently happened, and the store is adjusting slowly. Some people aren't on the same page as to how things should be done, and it has caused some tension between coworkers. Our store is also a bit older, so it doesn't look as nice as other Culver's.
