Pros

Flexible hours especially for college students. Allowed to come back and work during breaks and/or weekends. Meet a lot of new people and gain friendships.

Cons

Expect too much for what you are getting paid for. Managers believe Culvers is life!

Pros

Interacting with customers and colleagues on a fellow basis can really raise moral of not only myself but as well as the company.

Cons

Standing for long shift can fairly damage your knee and your legs over time. In addition, the company does not teach you how to deal with angry customers.

Working at Culver's

Pros

Culver's offers a very friendly working environment with a strong team-building incentive and a chance to become more interactive with other people. Working at Culver's helps build one's concentration and attention to details.

Cons

Being a restaurant, one will ultimately have to handle things one would rather not. Risks of garbage and spoiled food have to be dealt with on an almost daily basis.
