Pros

Clean environment. Can advance from team member to management. Flexible scheduling (for team members anyway).

Cons

Upper management is far too strict with lower management. Inconsistency in what shift leaders were told to do. No encouragement from upper management or opportunities to improve leadership skills. Low pay.

Pros

Flexible for scheduling and taking time off, fast paced working environment, good experience to have for a part time job and move on from there, helps with interpersonal skills when working with customers

Cons

The pay raises were not good at all, were never rewarded for going above and beyond which you have to do to take care of other employees for not putting in the work

Pros

Long term (10 year) pay structure with quarterly bonus and profit sharing shared during the interview process. You work for a franchisee, not the corporate dance. 5 day work week for the most part.

Cons

Big store, hands on job, 80% on the floor, 20% in the office. 40 employees to oversee. Get calls and texts on your day off.
