Pros

Chances for promotion and raises every few months during review periods. Coworkers and management were both for the most part easy to get along with.

Cons

Poor management. Several of the mamagers were pushovers simply allowing for misconduct. There was a high level of disrespect and hypocrisy which ran rampant again due to lack of proper management.
