Pros
The schedule is very flexible, co-workers are very fun, and most of the jobs you will be tasked with are easy. You also get reviewed very regularly so there is lots of oppurtunity for improvement. Overall, a very enjoyable job.
Cons
Promotions are very scarce, and some managers are... less enjoyable to work with, to say the least. You could possibly be written up for something routine if your manager is in a bad mood that day.
