Pros

Flexible hours, can be fun from time to time.

Cons

Half of the management actually cares. Felxible hours, but no set of hours is ever guaranteed, meaning you can have 40 one week and then 15 the next. A good chunk of our teenage employees have trouble showing up for their shifts. On top of this all, there is a only a small chunk of employees that actually care about the place or have a sense of motivation.

Fast paced, hands on work. lower turnover than most fast food.

Cons

little opportunity for advancement past management. Experience depends heavily on the owner. Can be a good place to work, or bad depending on the owner.
