Pros

Culver's was a great place to work. I was promoted quickly and the schedule was flexible enough to accommodate my college schedule. The family that owned and operated the Culver's I worked for was wonderful.

Cons

Pay was not equal across the board. Two individuals who held the same title, worked equally as hard, and had the same amount of seniority were paid different salaries.
