Business Outlook
Pros
Great place to work if you enjoy providing outstanding hospitality. One of the few places I could work that will let me provide the type of hospitality I love to give. The owner is wonderful and cares deeply about his staff and community. Recently he won citizen of the year award for his continued commitment to our community.
Cons
Hours can be taxing, but that is mostly my own making. Sometimes customers can be interesting to say the least but if you're working in the service industry you need to be able to avoid taking everything personally, they may have been having a bad day and there was nothing you could of done to please them.
