      Pros

      Coworkers are great and the job itself is actually pretty enjoyable. Schedule works around other commitments well as long as not too many people are trying for the same day off, then they'll schedule you anyway.

      Cons

      Pay seems to be far too low at every location I've heard of, especially for upper level employees. No positive feedback at all for a good job done.
