      Pros

      Lots of different positions to work, very flexible scheduling, and an overall fun atmosphere. Also, you get at least 50% off on your meals and, depending on you managing staff, sometimes free food.

      Cons

      Simple changes that would make things easier seem to never happen, in my experience through working at two locations over six years, it always just seemed like the managers were a bit ignorant when it came listening to employees.

      Upbeat environment, there was always a lot going on, never any "waiting around" time

      Cons

      Not people I was close to or similar to in the workplace, made it hard to enjoy the work day

      Reasonable management, good pay, nice community of workers.

      Pros

      There was a good community with the people I was able to work with, which was the greatest positive, but this varies by store. The majority of managers were helpful and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      During stressful times, management was not always the most encouraging or beneficial but, for the most part, they were helpful.
