Pros

Long-lasting relationships with managers, schedule flexibility, ability to try different roles (drive-thru, dine-in, cashier, runner), great place to work

Cons

Sometimes worked long hours, over use of human capital during slow hours, I've traveled all the way into work to be sent home within 30 min

Pros

Depending on the store, you may receive. Discounted food, sometimes even free. Excellent Customer service skills, and problem solving abilities. There may even be times during the holidays when you have a holiday party and get a bonus.

Cons

Most of the time you will interact with a angry customer, someone who is very unhappy with their experience at your restaurant, and it is you job to make them happy. The management sometimes views you as just an employee and not a person.

Pros

The employees tend to have fun. Management recognizes hard work and gives incentive to work harder. They have competitive wages.

Cons

They are very strict due to their strong corporate culture. Sometimes they can also experience very fast paced environment.
