      I loved my time at Culver's.

      Pros

      Scheduling is very flexible. The job is rewarding. Culver's tends to draw an upbeat team that foster an enjoyable workplace.

      Cons

      Can be stressful. Food service has its disadvantages (smell, greasy air, rush hour). Workers are often high schoolers, so the older employees can feel like they're reliving their past daily.

      It was ok when you first start but after awhile it really gets to you

      Pros

      you are about to get a 15 min break which is paid for and take a 30 min which isnt paid for also you get 50 percent off meals.

      Cons

      for as much work you do there the pay isnt good at all also the A/C gets turned off and your sweating non stop.

      I learned many ways to help customers and how to run a store.

      Cons

      The labor side of things was an issue. There were many problems with staffing high paid employees at the same time and then cutting people and running a short staff.
