      Pros

      Discount on food, employees are fun, good first-job atmosphere, scheduling flexible. There are scholarship opportunities and good custard, family friendly atmosphere in the dining room

      Cons

      management irresponsible, made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable multiple times. I worked there for three years and only got 2 very minuscule raises, I felt I deserved more for all the hard work. Employees are under-appreciated, customers can be extremely rude. Managers were very inappropriate with employees at times, making unnecessary remarks and using intimidation.

      It was ok when you first start but after awhile it really gets to you

      Pros

      you are about to get a 15 min break which is paid for and take a 30 min which isnt paid for also you get 50 percent off meals.

      Cons

      for as much work you do there the pay isnt good at all also the A/C gets turned off and your sweating non stop.

      I learned many ways to help customers and how to run a store.

      Cons

      The labor side of things was an issue. There were many problems with staffing high paid employees at the same time and then cutting people and running a short staff.
