Pros

Flexible scheduling; the ability to come back and work summers. Employees tend to be nice and outgoing people so working isn't always boring.

Cons

The pay is pretty dismal. Management is incompetent and usually plays favorites. Most managers don't stay long because they realize working at Culver's provides little opportunity for advancement.

Pros

Plenty of opportunities to socialize with your coworkers therefore it feels more like you're part of team instead of on your own. I have fairly flexible hours, but the wages are nothing to live off on. Management is very accessible, I feel as if I can quickly communicate with my managers and most of my coworkers also feel as if we they're are listened to.

Cons

Low wages. Can't really make a living. Repetitive work, unruly costumers.
