Pros

Good pay for a fast food job

Cons

Average benefits. Emotionally abusive work environment. (I do not say that lightly). Almost every team member was screamed at daily for small, honest mistakes. Physically dangerous work environment: GM coerced me into washing dishes upstairs while everyone else took shelter from a tornado in the basement. Almost daily, many employees were expected to stay on the premises without pay in case they “were needed.” Used verbal and emotional intimidation tactics to encourage compliance. Verbally discouraged employees from discussing wages, violating federal law.

Pros

- Learn a lot about time management, work ethic, hospitality, cleanliness, and food quality - Awesome team (in my case) and great support from management

Cons

- Poor pay and hours - Poor employee training management (some people stay at the same position for years, while others might be trained on everything in the same week) - Physically and mentally demanding
