inconsistent scheduling; constantly sent home early as well (due to "high labor") negligent management, rarely will listen to feedback or complaints management encourages (and even enforces) fraud practices to reup their rep when they're too low to get their bonuses, especially when it comes to feedback surveys no proper training beyond your first station, "figure it out yourself" constant understaffing/overstaffing purposefully prevents overtime for crew workers by restricting hours, while reserving it for higher-ups who already get paid more management blows their tasks off onto crew members so that they can sit in the office and do little to nothing breaks (especially during double shifts) are often scheduled way too early in the day or cut in half/taken away entirely we have been forced to use clearly expired red onions and lettuce on several occasions. penalized for tossing out waste due to costs (when they clearly are making more than enough, culver's food is insanely overpriced and they just upped their prices recently) little to no benefits
