Pros
food is decent but hard to get as a benefit - your not actually given much of an incentive and it is only for thirty min before and after your shift.
Cons
working there is the CON. Management was a team member and then bought this store....no management experience and it shows. Employess disputes get overlooked making working atmosphere miserable. Understaffed and DEFINITELY underappreciated is their daily business plan. Because of terrible managment, they cannot keep people and cannot get new hires to stay more than a day or two.
