50% for regular employees 100% for managers 20% for everyone on days they did not work Flexible hrs Works around school hrs Yearly competition to get college tuition paid Friendly staff Lovely returning customers

Cons

low pay No benefits to offer long time adult employees VERY HIGH TURN OVER no paid time off No 401k No decent insurance No shares Only get a 1 extra on pay when working on holidays Can be a very overworked experience Nothing offered for full time employees U have to fight and argue in order to get a raise or u can be there for 5 yrs and management will try to pretend like they keep forgetting to give you your yearly review.

Pros

Some of the coworkers are absolute sweethearts and will be the only thing to help you make it through the shift.

Cons

Verbal abuse from management, yelled at for the mistakes of other employees, managers quick to yell but almost never give praise, managers will refuse to give you your break, will not let you clock out on time most days. Pay starts at 8.50 which is not worth it for all the crap you will have to deal with from customers and management.
