Pros

I'm not really sure there are any pros to working for this company. I wouldn't even recommend it to high school students.

Cons

-long hours -no breaks -no raise -very little pay -stressful environment

Pros

Higher pay than competing chain restaurants. Crew members are easy to get along with.

Cons

Managers constantly sit on cell phones during rushes, overwork employees when you show that you are a hard worker. They make the environment managers vs. employees. The managers are very hypocritical and the managers are very unorganized during the hiring process. Irrational, time consuming tasks. Very noticeable favoritism.

Pros

Great first job. I worked at Culvers for 2 years while in high school before leaving for ASU. The pay isn't too bad, you get discounts, along with a very flexible schedule.

Cons

Obviously horrible managers (they're 30-40 working in fast food what do you expect). You'll work late some nights but only until 12 usually.
