What I thought about working at Culver's.

Pros

Personally, the pros would be flexible hours, they would let you schedule your own week and as a high schooler, it was a great pro to working there.

Cons

Having to close every shift, managers when I worked there were not that nice to you, and the stress was very high.

Amazing team members. It is full of welcoming coworkers who are eager to learn more about you and teach you all about the job! Flexible schedule, great pay, and overall great management

Cons

Can be a busy environment at times, but once you get comfortable, its a great place to work!
