Pros

I learned a lot about the fast food industry and acquired some practical customer service skills.

Cons

Management was extremely disorganized and rude.

Pros

Pays better than similar franchises. Flexible hours. 50% off while working, 25% off otherwise. Busy restaurants, shifts go by pretty fast.

Cons

Much harder on you than your average burger joint. Be ready to have a manager watching you at all times. Probation period for first 90 days and they will fire you for anything so stay in line and don't play the line. They calculate costs of everything and do not tolerate any wasted product. To the point where they would remind me how many pennies each peanut is worth. No joke.

Pros

can pick up plenty of hours. I am sure some Culver's, somewhere out there is managed well.

Cons

never enough help in kitchen too many employees working in guest area not helping, while the kitchen is inadated with orders, while dirty dishes pile up keeping employees well past the scheduled closing time. If scheduled to close you never know when you are actually going to be able to leave. very poor pay for working like a dog
