Just another slave job.

Pros

None, because the management is lazy and unrealistic

Cons

Who would do the job of 3 people and get paid the same wage? Look at the job description. Repairs, maintenance, grounds and snow removal???? Really? Porters are like custodians, not maintenance, floor care and outside snow removal. This is why good workers refuse to work for these slave driving, and greedy companies, or they quit. These jobs will kill your back in a few years. And if you already have back or muscle problems from these jobs, you are limited. I see this with many companies, and it is inconsiderate and wrong. That is why there is so much turnover and low ratings. The companies need to change these horrible socialist practices!
