Pros

My co-workers and (some) bosses are what made this job worth it. Great if you're looking for a job to work while attending school. The discounted food. Learn a good work ethic. Learn to multi task. Learn to be a team player.

Cons

Not a good establishment to make a career out of, unless you're going to be a general manager or owner. You have to kiss butt for two or three years, while picking up the slack for the lazy ones or the high school kids who don't care to be there in the first place, just to get a $.50 raise.

Pros

Good food, decent co-workers. Had somewhat of a decent relationship with some of the managers at the franchise I was working at.

Cons

The hourly wage is somewhat low, I had to ask for a raise for nearly 6 months. Im one of the few people that show up to work all the time too. I felt as though I was treated as though I wasnt really valued as an employee I guess thats how it is for fast-food employees considering we are so replaceable.

Pros

Flexible schedule, able to move up and be trained in all areas.

Cons

Nothing major, occasionally have to pick up the slack for other workers, bu that seems to be the same everywhere.
