      Pros

      Beautiful office buildings, and cozy environment. Manager was willing to help and support.

      Cons

      Too much routine jobs, and the IT system is not very stable.

      Pros

      Great working conditions, no pressure or staying overtime, loads of info provided for learning on your own and flexible working place.

      Cons

      No chagenlle, they state one job and the real one was very different, no travelling on site, no training, even no PPE for four months. No possibility to transfer me after saying in the interview that would consider after six months. There is rarely passion for engineering, it works more as a spoilt boys club than a serious company, unless in Wellingborough.

      Career agility: the opportunity to form ones own career path, not boxed into a functional silo. Good salary and benefits.

      Cons

      Cyclical business, very painful downsizing every 4 to 5 years. Promotes diversity to a fault, which effectively leads to reverse discrimination for highly experienced white males.
