Curaleaf is led by an exceptional leadership team that consistently demonstrates integrity, vision, and support for its employees. Working here has had a profoundly positive impact on both my professional growth and overall quality of life. It is truly a workplace I feel motivated and proud to be a part of each day. The company offers meaningful opportunities for advancement, more than any organization I have previously worked with. Curaleaf actively promotes internal growth and encourages team members to pursue development and leadership roles. Additionally, the organization genuinely cares about its employees and their families, fostering a supportive and people-first culture. Without question, Curaleaf is the most rewarding and well-rounded company I have had the privilege of being part of.
Cons
One area that could use attention is employee uniforms. After four years with the company and a significant personal health transformation, including losing 60 pounds, I am currently in need of updated work shirts. Ensuring employees have access to properly fitting and sufficient uniforms would reflect well on the company’s professionalism and support for its team members. Additionally, while I understand the importance of increasing Kush Club sales goals, it would be beneficial to ensure those targets remain realistic and attainable. Setting achievable goals helps maintain high morale, keeps sales teams motivated, and ultimately drives stronger, more sustainable performance. Lastly, I believe there is an opportunity to revisit the employee discount structure. While patients will always come first, many of our employees are also patients. A more supportive discount system for team members would reinforce the company’s commitment to employee well-being and demonstrate appreciation for the hard work staff consistently provide. Overall, these adjustments could further strengthen an already positive workplace culture and enhance long-term employee engagement
