Great working environment, when you have the right team and management.

Cons

Raises take way to long to get, I've been with the company for over a year and because I was hired just before the reviews(which you have to be there for a year), I have to wait until that window again. So I feel like I'm being denied half a year of no raise/recognition.

They actively engage in illegal business practices. The management is toxic while simultaneously expecting their employees to work multiple doubles. I currently have legal action being taken against them due to their immoral and illegal practices. Do not work here, do not shop here.
