Amazing coworkers, flexible schedule, amazing store manager who supports goals and growth. Love the culture and how I can be myself.

Cons

Higher ups above the store manager don’t know what they’re doing, set unrealistic expectations for employees. Unrealistic sales goals. Constant changes being pushed that are unnecessary and unsupportive of store work flow. Not enough coverage and payroll for stores. Hard to move up, full time positions basically don’t exist. It’s difficult to call out if you’re sick also because there’s so little coverage.

Cons

Exceptionally poor management. Zero communication. You will be expected to give your everything for next to nothing in return. The pay is laughable for what is expected of you. Do not waste your precious time and well-being with this place.
