Up and coming industry, selling products that help people, educating people about the benefits of cannabis as medicine. Great way to get started in the cannabis industry.

Cons

Mixed direction from upper level management, disorganized at the top, was going through growing pains. No real benefits except for health insurance, and no 401K even though at interview they mentioned it being included.
