Pros

Curaleaf is in a very interesting growth stage where we're all focused on laying the foundation for all the exciting growth to come. The team in AZ is awesome and I feel completely at home when at the office. You truly get to be yourself here, making work feel less like work. It's fast-paced, engaging, and the opportunities are endless! I can tell I'm going to grow a lot in my career here.

Cons

None really at this time! I've never been more on fire for a company. When passion combines with a career, it's pretty surreal!

Great benefits and community. Lots of opportunities to learn new skills.

Cons

Sticking to one SOP and following through. Management should be on the same page at all locations. I doubt this is an issue though...as the company has changed from Cura CS to CuraLeaf so my review is not actually about the proper company.
