Upper management hiring management with no experience in cannabis. Outside vendors hired for tasks we’re still required to do with no pay increase, but whole departments created and paid for. Changes made from higher up’s aren’t communicated until a customer brings it up half the time. Not the store managers fault but lack of communication from above. Website sucks. Lab data and product information is always wrong. Terpenes are never included how they’re supposed to yet is is a huge selling point from Management. Debit readers are old and always losing connection.
