Truly wonderful team members, managers, cross-functional partners, hiring managers, leadership - it makes what you do worth it! It makes the fun days more fun, and the tough days easier. A lot of work needs to be done which means there's the opportunity for diverse set of work/responsibilities - keeps things interesting, allows you to learn and grow.

Cons

It's busy, teams are lean and there is a lot of work to do. If you're looking to coast, this isn't the place for you. For most functions/roles, cannabis industry doesn't pay as well as other industries.
