- Great job greeting and making you feel a part of a caring team - Covered fundamentals needed to hit the ground running - Knowledgeable presenters

Cons

- Some topics could use more detail (gowning procedure) - Lot of information provided in short timeframe, mix up presentation types (video, face to face, etc.) to keep folks engaged.

Cons

Leadership doesn't care about anything except money. They toss people out who disagree with them and their methods. Company got caught union busting at least once already. They know and care nothing about cannabis and the people who need or love it when you get to the high ranks in the company. Money over people. Awful company culture. Makes Cresco look like nice people.
