Good industry start. Poor experience. Corporate start-up mess.

-good cannabis industry start if you are eager for the experience. -base pay better compared to others in the area

Cons

-little to no advancement -work isn't recognized -poor HR -short lunch breaks for long shifts -unsanitary bathrooms and locker room areas -disconnect between management and low level employees -surprisingly unhappy environment

Well #1, you get to work with Cannabis everyday which is just amazing in itself! On top of that, you get to work for a premier brand with an extremely promising outlook for the future. From my POV, I have been surrounded by a bunch of talented, unique individuals, that truly care about the culture here at Curaleaf. More opportunities are becoming available, and with the company steadily growing and expanding, there can only be more to come. Of course the pay and benefits are great, but it's the people (patients) you help everyday, that genuinely appreciate your services, your knowledge, and recommendations.
