Curaleaf is a big Cannabis Company with different department that you can choose to work at as Harvest team, Flower team, Moms team, Propagation team, Fertigation team and , finally my team that is inventory. I worked in all of them. After 3 months the company would give you health insurance, vision, dental ,and even if you have a pet you can have an insure for your pet. If you like another department as HR make sure to let you manager know that your interesting, you would be surprised how many people would help you to achieve your goals . Remember to communicate is key for the company and for your personal growth, don't be shy as I did at the beginning.

*10 hour a day but you have 3 days off *Increase the pay rate it would be great
