If you are competent and are quick on your feet, you can succeed here and grow with the company. They are rolling out impressive DEI and Corporate Social Responsibility programs and have recently re organized the company, as they have acquired other larger companies in multiple regions. It's been fun watching it unfold.

Not a “career company”, was witness to some very sexist behavior by the management, unwillingness to accommodate the disabled, unreported COVID-19 cases, management has no experience in real grow situations
