Pros
The nice thing is getting a good discount on the product if you're a patient yourself and they genuinely have great product. They also teach you a lot about cannabis so you are more knowledgeable than other dispensary workers.
Cons
The company itself doesn't care for its employees, they say they pay employees extra for not allowing them to accept tips but this is not the case, you make the same if not less than other dispensaries that do allow tips. It is a lot more sales oriented
