Hours and work is fine Environment is ok

Most other dispos start at 25$-30$ an hour Since opening up adult used nothing has changed with pay, and now working with 2 x traffic 2x the products 2x the work all = Same pay thats not pc of them The turnover rate is ridiculous as well Workers are driven off after a while of noticing other dispos starting rate is much higher Also , I was only given 5 sock days only and they were alotted on Jan 1st of each year, that's way not enough Health coverage suck also They never give a heads up if things are changing until the day before
