The work and coworkers are the only pros of this company.

Cons

You will be overlooked for promotions no matter how hard you work. Management, leadership and corporate executives are incompetent, unprofessional, and narcissistic. The culture is absolutely horrible as management will go out of their way to be petty, retaliate, and gaslight every employee. This company is known for their illegal practices like union busting and disregarding each regulation of the CDC.

You can have *some* good teammates

Extremely poor work life balance. Low pay for what you do, they get away with lower salaries bc if you won’t take it, someone else will bc they get to be “in Cannabis” Cut throat, and sneaky dealings, and constant lay offs. A Swinging door at corperate and in stores. As a GM you’re the face of layoffs but had no say in it. Hr is a joke. Anyone can make a false claim about you, and you’re investigated and treated as guilty no matter what email paper trail you have. They string people along thinking they will be promoted, but it rarely happens.
