Pros

I’ve been in my administrative role for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s been a very positive experience. The company values organization, efficiency, and professionalism, which makes it a great environment for someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Leadership is approachable and communicative, and I feel trusted to manage my responsibilities independently. My role is fast-paced at times, but that keeps it interesting. I’m able to prioritize effectively, problem-solve, and truly support the team in a meaningful way. It’s rewarding to know that my work directly contributes to the success of executives and the broader organization. The culture is collaborative and respectful. I feel appreciated for my attention to detail and reliability, and there’s a strong sense of teamwork across departments. The expectations are clear, and when challenges come up, they’re addressed constructively.

Cons

Busy during peak periods, but manageable with good organization

Pros

This is a fast-growing company with meaningful opportunities for upward mobility, especially for those who consistently perform and are willing to take on more responsibility. Being one of the largest companies in the industry provides a sense of stability, strong benefits, established infrastructure, and long-term viability in a competitive space.   The people are truly the best part of working here. Teams work hard, but there is a strong sense of camaraderie. Many colleagues are collaborative, resilient, and genuinely enjoy working together, which makes even high-pressure days more manageable.

Cons

The cannabis industry is intense and fast-moving. There is significant pressure tied to production numbers, compliance, and performance. Not everyone thrives in that environment.   Work-life balance requires strong personal boundaries. It is easy to overextend yourself if you are highly driven.   Compensation may not always align with the level of responsibility or pressure in certain roles.   Advancement into some senior-level roles can feel limited at times, particularly when leadership pipelines are informal or relationship-driven. It can be challenging for external or non-legacy employees to break into higher levels without strong internal sponsorship.

Pros

I am completing my first year at Curaleaf, and it has been an outstanding experience. I’ve grown tremendously and am truly grateful for the consistent encouragement and support I’ve received along the way. The workplace is filled with upbeat, collaborative, and genuinely caring people, making each day enjoyable and motivating. The leadership across the company is exceptional. My boss has been a terrific leader, he is remarkably supportive of our team, which has had a meaningful, positive impact on our motivation and morale. Compensation, benefits and time off are excellent, they are very competitive with most big companies, if not better. Overall, this first year has strengthened my pride in being part of Curaleaf, and I’m truly excited for what lies ahead.

Cons

I do not have anything negative to say about working at Curaleaf.
