Pros

With Covid-19, Curi has been understanding about working from home. There was a group created for working parents and HR has been making sure that there is good connection between employees. Management is transparent. The company allows for a great learning curve. Good culture.

Cons

Vacation and sick time are divided separately rather than being granted an overall PTO. However the do allot a personal day and additional days off for community service.

Benefits are pretty good. Paid once a month.

Cons

Misogynistic environment. Unless you are a white male under the age of 40, no promotion or room for growth.
