Our CEO brings a level of energy and passion to our work every day. I have been blessed to work for multiple educational companies in my professional lifetime. Curriculum Associates is the last place I intend to work in my career. This entire team is so dedicated to their districts and their colleagues. Across the company, everyone pulls together and creates a synergy that is unmatched. It feels great for a company, for the first time, to be able to grab hold of my heart. I am honored to be a part of this magic we do everyday.

Cons

The dedication we have can result in a heavy workload. We are growing very quickly, which is a GREAT challenge! Scaling up to that growth takes time because we work hard to find the right people. This con of more work temporarily is also a pro as growth is wonderful and we only hire the best of the best!

Many companies say they value people, but CA really does that!! (1) pays well (2) great work life balance - company really cares about employee experience (3) amazing culture - senior management puts good team culture as their first priority (4) great diversity & inclusion
