This company has so many pros I'm not even sure where to start... - Excellent leadership - Transparency and honesty in communication and process - low egos / openness to new ideas and ways to meet a goal - flexibility with work/life balance - competitive compensation with bonuses, retirement, and extra stock options - altruistic leadership (in time, contributions) - stands firm on morals and values - stands firm on company priorities - stress free workplace with many benefits to increase wellness - lots of opportunities to socialize with colleagues / connect with affinity groups / learn about each other outside of work - openness to include various perspectives in a decision Out of so many ed tech companies, I'd pick CA over and over again. It's the best (and most well run) ed tech company I've worked with. Long term stability is solid, leadership is fantastic, and the employees at CA are some of the most brilliant people I've ever met.
