      Pros

      Strong product and there are still many awesome people who work there.

      Cons

      In their endless pursuit of the almighty dollar, the company is in the midst of a complete overhaul. They've opened up a huge office in India and are not afraid to say that it's because the labor over there is cheaper. More importantly: their hiring practices have taken a back seat. What used to take weeks or even months to find the right FIT now takes a matter of days.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can get a little lonely working remotely, but there are still good opportunities to meet colleagues (offices, social clubs and range days). More about remote working generally and less about the company.

      Still thinking . I doubt if they are really running a company or a warehouse

      Cons

      Funniest Management who believes eating , celebration and management with no spine. One wrong leadership hiring leads to all wrong moves . They will get buch of people as foolish as the leader .
